ICSI Dish
The Esco ICSI dish features working areas.
a. One for the injection of the oocyte.
b. One for holding sperm.
- The dish has 8 separate positions for oocytes. Oocytes from one patient is loaded into these before the ICSI start.
- The wells are individually numbered.
- One oocyte is then moved to the working area. A sperm cell is loaded from the sperm area and injected into the oocyte.
- Then, the oocyte is moved to the other side to the culturing wells. That side also has 8 wells. These wells are for the finished cells.
- A row of 8 washing wells are located in between.
- Oxygen plasma treated for high wet-ability (hydroscopic).
- Gamma sterilized.
- Packed in 1 dish pouches and delivered in boxes of 25 pcs.
